Even through the windows of the car
the sunset is amazing. 
We got a nice tour,
seeing the most picturesque houses.

We paid a visit to Richard's church:
St. Mary's Church
in Ashley.


It stands within the earthworks of a Norman castle:
Gains Castle, which has vanished.
The church dates back to the 12th century.
